Fred is the pet cat that stumbled into the apartment one day. She's extremely intelligent, probably has a higher I.Q. than most of the other residents. Despite some of the usual feline tendencies she thinks and acts like a person. She is quite skilled, almost nothing she isn't good at. Fred can usually be found with either Karl, because he is the only one who understands her, or Bob, because she is in love with him. In a attempt to become human she got Sal to be able to accomplish turning her into a catgirl (yes, EE has a catgirl, and yes, I am ashamed) though she still can't talk with most humans. She hasn't given up on it or Bob yet though.
