Sal Declan is Bob's only cousin and feels more like a sister to him. She lived in California originally but since Saya, her best friend, and Bob moved into the same apartment building she decided to move there as well. Sal's got a very sunny and girly personality and is a self declared "Alternative Witch" and her prized possession is her broom, Chelsa. However her witch skills are still very amateur, and has a hard time composing complicated spells especially without the aid of her broom. Even before the apartment she had experience with other worlds, and her Teacher seems to be well known. Karl is in love with Sal and for some reason that terrifies her and she has not been able to speak straight to him about it yet.
