The strange landlord that suddenly appeared one day, oddly on the same day as Bubba Miyagi. He was sent to work at the apartment alongside Harvoc by their master and owner of the apartment. He's apparently quite old, perhaps spanning centuries, but he looks like a teenager. He is part of a race called Merfs, of which we know little about but it's been shown they have magical abilities. He is very bad at understanding how a human acts, and has a fairly straightforward no-nonsense way of looking at things. Prefers to keep to himself, he is often seen reading, working on his laptop or hanging out with Burgundy who seems to be the only one he tolerates. He has past relations with Eddie, Miyagi, and Nefarious, but the details are unknown. He is always wearing a bright blue key around his neck that he claims to be for the apartment building.
